LONDON'S Hip Hop and R&B radio station Choice FM has been bought out by Capital Radio in an all-share deal worth £11.7m. Capital bought a 19% stake in Choice for £3.3m two years ago with an option to buy the rest by 2006. Capital shares were unmoved at 467 1/2p.
