PHILIP Morris USA will appeal against the $10.1bn (£6.9bn) it was ordered to pay in a lawsuit over 'light' cigarettes after a judge rejected its attempt to overturn the verdict. The company was found to have deceived smokers into thinking 'lights' were safer than normal cigarettes.
