Harry Winks has revealed the embarrassing forfeit Tottenham players endure if shown up during training.

The 20-year-old is enjoying a breakthrough season at White Hart Lane, being fully integrated into the first-team fold with 13 Premier League outings under his belt.

Winks was on the receiving end of a Pochettino showboat during training earlier this season and says repeat offences can result in a public singing session.

Guilty pair Eric Dier and Josh Onomah, however, are protesting their innocence.

“We’ve got this new rule – if you get nutmegged three times, you have to sing on an away trip,” Winks is quoted as saying by The Guardian.

“It’s happened to Eric Dier and Josh Onomah but they’re fighting their corner and refusing to sing.

"There is a bit of a debate over whether their leg was up or was it down for a proper nutmeg?”

Winks is expected to feature on Saturday as Spurs host Wycombe for the first ever time in a competitive fixture in the FA Cup fourth round.

Pochettino recently called on his fringe players to make an impression when the League Two outfit come to White Hart Lane.
